This platform provides self-help tools and educational information. It is not a credit repair organization, credit bureau, lender, financial institution, or law firm. Use of this platform does not create an attorney-client relationship. Results are not guaranteed. Accurate negative information generally cannot lawfully be removed merely because it is unfavorable.
1. About ScoreBoosterLab
ScoreBoosterLab is a self-help platform for credit report analysis, dispute workflow management, and credit improvement planning. ScoreBoosterLab is not a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, is not a law firm, and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. All tools and content are educational.
2. Use of the service
You agree to use ScoreBoosterLab only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another user's data, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
3. No guarantee of results
Credit outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the accuracy of your reports, the responsiveness of bureaus and furnishers, and your own credit behavior. We make no guarantee that any dispute will result in deletion, correction, or a score increase. You can dispute inaccurate information yourself for free under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
4. Privacy
We minimize the data we collect and never ask for your full Social Security Number. Documents you upload are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a paid Pro subscription or a one-time dispute pack, billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Plan & Billing; you keep access through the end of your paid period. Refunds are governed by our payment provider's policy.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Plan & Billing. Deletion permanently erases your data on ScoreBoosterLab (disputes, accounts, documents, scores, plans, and saved calculations), cancels any active subscription, and signs you out. This action cannot be undone.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreBoosterLab and ALG Innovation Group Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
